3Use of the Mobile Application & Accounts

• Guest Mode: You may use basic features in Guest Mode without creating an account. Guest sessions do not persist progress to our cloud database.
• Registered Accounts: Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• User Data & Progress: Quiz scores, progress metrics, and associated User IDs are stored via Supabase for registered users to enable data synchronization.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized behavior.

4Advertisements & Third-Party Content

• The website and mobile app display advertisements powered by third-party ad networks and Google AdMob.
• We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or websites promoted through these advertisements.
• Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the respective third party.

5Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights in the software, UI design, branding, quizzes, and content remain our exclusive property or the property of our licensors.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and mobile app are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of bugs.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the website or app.
