Qualifications for Applicants

To be eligible to apply for the Civil Service Examination (Professional or Subprofessional), you must meet the following criteria:

- **Citizenship:** Must be a Filipino citizen.

- **Age:** Must be at least 18 years old on the date of filing of application. - **Character:** Must be of good moral character and have no criminal record involving moral turpitude. - **Exam History:** Must not have taken the same level of CSE within ninety (90) days prior to the exam date.

Required Documents Checklist

1. **CS Form No. 100 (Revised September 2016):** Duly accomplished application form.

2. **Four (4) Copies of Passport Size Photo:** - Size: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm (Passport size). - Colored with WHITE background. - Printed on quality photo paper. - Must show full face, neutral facial expression, with hand-held printed NAME TAG showing **Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial** and **Signature**. 3. **Original and Photocopy of Valid ID:** Driver's License, Philippine Passport, SSS/GSIS UMID, PhilID (National ID), PRC License, Voter's ID, or Postal ID. 4. **Application Fee:** ₱500.00 exact cash.
